Foundations

Our Foundations program, meticulously crafted for newcomers to weightlifting or those seeking to build a solid fitness base. In this 4-week journey, you'll dive deep into the fundamentals of strength, conditioning, and movement, establishing a robust foundation for growth. From mastering primal movements like squats, pushes, pulls, lunges, jumps, and rotations, to exploring the realms of gymnastics and Olympic lift variations, this program equips you with the essential skills. With a focus on safety and enjoyment, you'll confidently navigate barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and an array of exercise equipment.

 

group classes

Group fitness classes are more than just a workout – they're a thriving community that uplifts, motivates, and inspires. This dynamic class combines elements of functional fitness, blending strength, mobility, and endurance exercises to prepare you for the demands of everyday life.
