initial consultation
There is no “one size fits all”. Our initial consultation is meant to be a thorough assessment of your current fitness level and personal objectives. It is a chance for us to get to know you and your needs better. That way, we can recommend a training plan that will work with your schedule and help you reach your goals in a safe and effective way.
on-ramp
Our Foundations program is designed for those who have never lifted weights before or have not been lifting very heavy. You will learn all of the fundamentals of strength, conditioning, and movement and give you a solid foundation from which to grow. This 4 week long class introduces you to the basics of the Primal Movements (squat, push, pull, lunge, jump rotation), gymnastics, our Olympic lift variations, and how to safely and effectively use barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and a variety of other exercises equipment to make working out both safe and fun

Our group fitness classes are designed to help every member feel better mentally and physically. Small class sizes mean more individual attention from trainers, and a community of friends to keep you motivated.
